Return policy

Services

If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us. We do not refund services, but it's important to us that you are 100% satisfied.

Products

For products that are unopened, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. If you're unsure about a product, we'd be glad to make a sample of it for you to try at home, so you can open your new product when you're sure it works for you.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.


Shipping and handling

Canada Post

  • Standard: 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $15

  • Express: 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $20

Order Processing Times

Standard — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm CT will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed out the next business day.

Express Shipping — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 1pm CT will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.


Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time at The Face Bar is reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Any cancellations/rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.

NO SHOWS:  No shows with no advanced notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.

LATE ARRIVALS:  Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service booked.  Services that cannot be accommodated due to a late arrival will be subject to a 50% charge.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
